Teakwood Offices

Located four blocks west of the Broadway corridor in Saratoga Springs, New York the Offices of Teakwood Builders Inc. is an adaptive reuse of an existing building and site that has held several uses dating back to the mid 1800’s. The building consists of a single-story (1,830sf) addition to the existing single story (1,405sf) building where a complete gut renovation was required. Inside the building is a combination of offices, workspaces and cabinetry showroom that are outfitted with a wide range of finishes and casework to showcase the craft and quality that Teakwood Builders Inc. brings to all their projects.
