Mixed-Use Apartment Community Design

The Springs blends the feeling of a comfortable community with apartment-style living and introduces new opportunities for young professionals and families in the Saratoga Springs, New York area.

The first phase featured the creation of a public green, commercial space for restaurants and businesses, ample parking and 188 apartments. In the second phase, the mixed-use development was expanded with additional commercial space, 130 more apartments, and a 1-acre village green. In total, the completed project has 318 apartments, over 24,000-square-feet of commercial space, two parking garages, multiple surface lots and private single-car garages for residents.
