14 Hudson Ave: A Collaborative Effort for an Evolving City

Mixed Use Architecture in Glens Falls, NY

Located in the heart of Glens Falls and adjacent to Glens Falls Hospital, this mixed-use building restores the majority of a city block that was devastated by urban renewal. The building contains 44,000 square feet of commercial and office space, a 17,500-square-foot below-grade parking garage, and 87 residential apartments. Along the east side of the site, a pedestrian path meanders through an urban garden, connecting a new city-owned public parking garage to the businesses on Hudson Avenue.
